Contact the Church office as soon as possible to begin preparing for   Baptisms.  Before Baptisms can be scheduled, the following things are needed:

1. Letters from Church Parish where the Godfather and Godmother are                 parishioners stating that each is eligible to be a Godparent.

2. Both parents and Godparents must attend a Baptismal seminar.  Please           contact the church for the dates and contact information for Baptismal               seminars.

3. Completed Baptism Form located above and/or available at the church office.
